Charming Shoppes Inc Class Action Lawsuit for Misclassification of Employees
A terminated employee filed a class action suit against Charming Shoppes for misclassification of employees as exempt. This misclassification means that the employess if classified propertly are actually entitled to be paid overtime which was not received.
The case claims that all the store sales managers in California were misclassified and entitled to overtime.
